With these general terms and conditions, "Victor 33" OOD, with BULSTAT: BG200189554, provides the necessary resources on the website www.restaurantkinoroyal.com in the volume and order provided by the company, for making contact, including the contact form, with Restaurant "Kino Royal" with the address: city of Ruse, 26 Aleksandrovska Street.
The General Terms and Conditions constitute a contract for the provision by "Victor 33" Ltd. of its own website www.restaurantkinoroyal.com for the provision of feedback electronically regarding products and services offered by the restaurant and govern the rights and obligations of users of the website. In the event of an attempt to provide feedback through this website, the parties to the contract are "Victor 33" Ltd. and each user who has loaded the website www.restaurantkinoroyal.com.
In order to use the resources of the site, the user must familiarize himself with these terms of use. Any activity on the part of the user, after the website is loaded in the browser, constitutes electronic consent that he is familiar with and accepts the terms of the current agreement.

- Rights and obligations of "Victor 33" Ltd.:

- Legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria:

For all issues not settled in these Terms, the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply. In the event of disputes, the parties shall make efforts to resolve them voluntarily by mutual agreement. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, either party may refer the dispute to a competent court for resolution.
